Shipping
• We ship via Australia Post for all domestic and international orders.
• We aim to ship our orders within three working days of an order being completed. During very busy periods it may take a few extra days, but we will put every effort into getting your product out as soon as possible.
• Shipping times vary and are out of our control, but the approximate times are:
- Australia: 1-5 working days
- New Zealand: 3-5 working days
- USA/Canada: 4-7 working days
- Europe: 5-7 working days
• Kibs is not responsible for any orders which are undeliverable due to any incorrect information provided by customers, or any packages lost by Australia Post.
Returns/Exchanges
• Unused products can be exchanged for in-stock products within 30 days of purchase. The new product will be sent upon receipt of the returned product (additional shipping charges may apply).
• Refunds will only be provided for defective unused products.
• To request an exchange or refund, please email [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for return. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include a note with the return with your name and RAN, and send it to:
